Liz Jackson
Liz Jackson grew up in the Hunter Valley and went on to complete a science degree from Roseworthy College of Adelaide University where she majored in winemaking.
After completing her degree, Liz quickly became one of the most renowned winemakers in the Hunter Valley. Liz was the founding winemaker at Tempus Two and also worked at Roche wines.
She has received industry recognition as the Dux of the Len Evans 2006 Tutorial and was the finalist for Young Winemaker of 2007. She has also been a judge at various wine shows throughout Australia.
Greg Silkman
For over three decades, Greg has been a renowned winemaker and wine enthusiast. He studied wine science at Charles Sturt University and is recognized as one of the top Shiraz makers in Australia. Now Greg is the Chief Winemaker at the winery.
